Shipping policy

Our coffee is roasted fresh every Tuesday and dispatch is usually same day or next day.

We charge a flat shipping rate as not to penalise our customers in rural and remote areas. 

Shipping is via Australia Post and shipping times will depend on how far you live from North Lakes, QLD and how remote your location is.

Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, or 5-8 for more remote.
Express shipping usually takes 1-3 business days, or 3-5 for more remote.
