Our Story
¡Hola! We are Colorado Coffee and we’re on a mission to support small-scale Colombian farmers by bringing great coffee to the great outdoors.

In July 2023 we got married at the Sunshine Coast and hit the road to celebrate our love and start building our brand and business. We’ve been living and working on the road ever since with no plans to stop anytime soon.
The dream for us begins with origin. Paulo was born in Andes, Antioquia, a coffee-producing region in Colombia. He immigrated to Australia in 2014. Since then it has been his dream to share flavour from where he grew up with coffee lovers here in Australia.

“I grew up my whole life visiting the Colorado family coffee farm on weekends. I know firsthand how hard farmers work to cultivate coffee and how little financial reward they often receive for their efforts. I feel a huge sense of responsibility to serve and give back to the communities where coffee is grown.”

After visiting Colombia in December 2022, together we decided to take the rebel path and instead of opening a brick and mortar cafe to invest in our dream off-grid mobile set up. Our custom-built LandCruiser 79 brings excellent coffee to the places people least expect it.
